Shipping & Returns

Each postal address you choose to ship to is considered a separate order. Each order is subject to shipping and handling fees. Your order will be shipped to the address you use at checkout. Please ensure that you use all address details when checking out - these also include apartment/flat/building number and company name if applicable. We currently only ship to the UK and EU.  

All orders will be subject to a Shipping charge dependent on the destination country. All orders will be shipped with tracking. Orders are typically processed within 5 working days. For specific delivery lead times, please contact us with your request before you place your order. You can reach us by email at hello@measkinlab.com. Any tracked deliveries that were unable to be delivered will be shipped again at the customer’s expense or they can be cancelled.

Depending on the delivery address, delivery times may vary and may take between 2-5 days once the order has been processed. 

MEA Skin Lab is not responsible for any loss of the product after shipping from MEA Skin Lab. MEA Skin Lab is not responsible for delayed delivery. A delay in delivery does not allow for any indemnity and is not an acceptable reason for cancelling the order. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All creations at MEA Skin Lab are final sale. At MEA Skin Lab, we hand-prepare all our products that are made-to-order and with personalised labels. This therefore means that we do not accept any returns or exchanges. However, if the products you receive are defective or do not conform to your order, you may return and MEA Skin Lab will replace it. The return costs will be covered by MEA Skin Lab.
